Welcome to Parish Life at Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish! We offer a wide variety of ministries, fellowship groups, social events, volunteer opportunities and other programs and events that enrich our spiritual lives. Our activities are open to all parishioners and their guests, friends and families.

We are committed to providing inclusive, educational and spiritually enriching opportunities for all. Check out the tabs below to get more information about our ministries.

VIRTUS Training

If you are new to Saint Thomas and interested in volunteering in ministries with parish children and youth, you will be required to attend VIRTUS Training and have a background check. The Protecting God’s Children program (VIRTUS Training) educates and trains adults (clergy, religious, teachers, staff, volunteers, and parents) about the dangers of, warning signs of and ways to prevent abuse, the methods of properly reporting abuse suspicions, and responding to abuse allegations. To begin the process, see the link below or call Pam Strobel, Parish Life Coordinator, at (616) 459-4662 ext. 1203 or pamstrobel@stthomasgr.org.

Christmas Eve Masses are at 5 pm and 11 pm. Christmas Day Mass is at 9 am.
