Sunday School meets during the 9 am Mass from mid-September up to the first Sunday of May. It is a wonderful opportunity for children ages 3, 4, and 5 years old to gather together in the Saint Thomas School building classrooms to share Bible stories, (usually one from the Sunday readings) prayer and an art activity. Registration opens the last Sunday of April/first Sunday of May for the upcoming school year.

Parents are asked to volunteer at least once per semester in their child’s class. The registration fee is $20/child and must be paid to guarantee a place in class. To participate, children must be 3 years old by September 1 and be fully potty trained. The cutoff age is 5 years old (or kindergarten). We group children by age:  3-year-olds are placed in the “Angels” classroom; 4-year-olds are placed in the “Saints” classroom; 5-year-olds are placed in the “Prophets” classroom.

If you are interested in volunteering or participating, contact Andrew Kleinschmit at SundaySchool@stthomasgr.org or Tim Horst, the Director of Faith Formation, with any questions.
