Habitat for Humanity of Kent County brings people together, to build homes, communities, and hope. Everyone deserves a home base.

Like many communities across the country, Kent County is in an affordable housing crisis. Thousands of local households are living in overcrowded, unsafe, or unaffordable housing. Habitat for Humanity of Kent County works with individuals and families of all sizes, colors, ages, and backgrounds to help everyone build a safe and healthy home base to pursue their dreams.

A Saint Thomas team is scheduled to help build a home on Saturdays, June 1 and August 10, from 8 am-4 pm. Register to volunteer and support affordable housing in our neighborhood. Contact team leaders, Allen Senninger at 616-446-3560, al.senninger@gmail.com or Ken Fey at 989-615-7257, kenfey@sbcglobal.net for details. Ask a family member or friend to join you! Volunteers must be 16 and older to volunteer. Breakfast donuts, coffee/water and lunch will be provided.
