Have you registered yet for the Michigan Catholic Women’s Conference, scheduled for Saturday, October 12 in Lansing? 
Also, save your seat on the bus! The Diocese of Grand Rapids has arranged round-trip bus transportation to the Michigan Catholic Women’s Conference. The cost is only $20 per person with morning hospitality
provided on every bus by Our Lady of Consolation Education Foundation. 
We have three pick-up locations with prompt departure times:
 Saint Mary Parish (406 E Savidge St, Spring Lake 49456): 6:45 am
 Our Lady of Consolation (4865 11 Mile Rd NE, Rockford 49341): 7:15 am
 Cathedral Square (360 Division Ave South, Grand Rapids 49503): 7:30 am

The Catholic Information Center is Hiring

Two new positions to help us expand the Leadership Formation Institute (LFI).
The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and management of LFI programs. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations, coordinate events and program sessions, and provide support to participants and mentors.
The Communications Coordinator will develop and oversee the communications and marketing strategies for the Institute. We need someone with strong written and verbal communication skills to enhance the visibility and engagement of the Institute’s programs and initiatives.
In addition, the Cathedral of Saint Andrew is hiring.
The Business Manager is a full-time salaried Parish Staff member who assists the parish by planning and implementing effective organizational and fiscal processes. Works under the direction of the Pastor and assists him with the parish’s stewardship of finances, facilities, and personnel.

Enrollment is open for the 2024 Young Adult Leadership Institute.

Retreats and seminars run September – November. YALI is co-sponsored by the Diocese of Grand Rapids.

Enrollment is now open for the 2024 Leadership Formation Institute for Biblical Studies.

The Institute provides the opportunity for both personal growth and ministry formation. Participants are well formed in how to read and pray with the Bible as a person of faith who is willing to share the Word with others. Participants are equipped with the knowledge and skills for facilitating small group Bible study. On completion of the program, participants will be ready to start (or strengthen) a Bible study ministry in their parish or their lay association.
Classes are held Wednesdays, 6-8:30 p.m. ET, October 2 – November 6.
