Prayer of Peace in the Spirit of Taizé

Prayer of Peace in the spirit of Taizé is ecumenical Christian prayer. Together in Christ, we sing uncomplicated songs, allowing the mystery of God to become tangible through the beauty of simplicity. The simple monthly service is contemplative, with songs, scripture, candlelight, an extended period of silence for meditation, and prayers for the world. Parking is free for this event.

Gold Mass for Science, November 13

Aquinas College

Aquinas College will host the annual Gold Mass for scientists and science professionals at 4:30 pm in Our Lady Seat of Wisdom Chapel. Gold Masses follow in the tradition of special Masses for members of particular professions and are often held around the feast day of St. Albert the Great (Nov. 15), the patron saint of the natural sciences.

After the Mass, there will be a reception in Albertus Magnus Hall, followed by a 6 pm presentation by Sr. Damien Marie Savino, FSE, The Hope of Integral Ecology. The Mass, reception, and presentation are free and open to all. Parking can be found in the Plymouth Lot (1703 Robinson Road SE).

Dr. Gianna Emanuela Molla is the last daughter of Saint Gianna Beretta Molla and Pietro Molla. Her Saint mother sacrificed her own life to give her life. Dr. Gianna Molla is the Co-Founder of
the ‘Saint Gianna Beretta Molla and Pietro Molla Foundation’, a nonprofit corporation which aims to honor, perpetuate, and spread around the world the example, testimony and spirituality of Saint Gianna and her saintly spouse Pietro.

Mass of Healing, Recovery, and Renewal

This year, we’re offering a remedy: a Healing Mass dedicated to those suffering from addiction, those in recovery, and those who love someone battling addiction. 

Whether you’re walking the road of sobriety, grieving a loved one, or need a space to pray and be held in God’s grace, you are welcome.
