Dear Fellow Parishioner,

We have one more photography date remaining!

If you haven’t signed up to have your photo taken for our new Parish Pictorial Directory, please reserve your spot today. We want to have as many parishioners included as possible in this special album.

Why Participate?

• Free 8×10 Portrait: Every family who has their photo taken receives a complimentary professional 8×10 print.
• Free Directory: You will receive a free copy of the completed Parish Directory.
• Community Connection: Help us put names to faces and strengthen our Parish family bonds.

Photography Session Details:

• Location: Church Lower Level (Elevator access available)
• Arrival: Please enter through the side door of the Church, located right by the Parish Office.
• If you have more than 6 people in your family, please sign up for 2 timeslots.

Can’t make the new photo date? You can still be included!

If you are unable to make this final photography session, we still want your photo in our Parish Directory! Simply email a high-quality digital photo to Pam Strobel at pamstrobel@stthomasgr.org. Please include the full name of everyone pictured.

• Directory Fee: Saint Thomas is charged for every outside photo submitted to offset the cost of printing. Because of this, if you submit your own photo and would like a copy of the finished Parish Directory, we ask for a $15 payment to cover this fee.
• How to Pay: You can drop your payment into the Parish Office mail slot at any time. Please place your cash or check (made out to St. Thomas with “Parish Directory” in the memo line) in an envelope addressed to: Pam Strobel c/o Parish Pictorial Directory. If paying with cash, please clearly mark your name on the envelope so we can credit you.
