Roaring ’20s Auction Gala – Saturday, October 5, 2024.
The official kick off to our 100th anniversary celebration of our Parish and School.
This bi-annual auction funds our Parish and School for two years, supporting our Tuition Angel program, Home and School community events, teacher and classroom resources, and Parish life. Please consider donating an item or experience to our silent auction leading up to the Roaring ’20s Auction, Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024. We are looking for themed baskets, tickets to sporting events or entertainment, golf accessories or gift certificates, hair and nail salons, restaurant gift cards, bottles of wine, artwork, exercise equipment, and more. Recycling Electronics
Did you know you can recycle your broken electronics (and any small appliance that has a plug) for FREE at the Wealthy Street Recycling and Administration Center (1045 Wealthy Street SW GR). The drop off center is adjacent to the KC Recycling and Education Center on Wealthy Street. The hours are as follows:
Monday: 1:30-5:30 pm
Wednesday: 7:30-11:30 am
Thursday: 1:30-5:30 pm
2nd Sat of the month: 8:30-11:30 am

Are You Looking for a Volunteer Opportunity?
Do you love being outdoors? Are you a student looking for service hours? The Saint Francis Sculpture Garden is an 11-acre site on Marywood’s campus with 17 bronze sculptures depicting Saint Francis at various times in his life. You can often find sculptor Mic Carlson planting, weeding, and beautifying the grounds along the sculpture trail. We are looking for hands-on help throughout the year to help maintain this wonderful space. If you would like to be on a contact list for upcoming work sessions, please email
