At Saint Thomas the Apostle Parish, we live out our Faith by tithing every month. We use a portion of our tithe to assist parishioners and non-parishioners who request emergency financial assistance. Every year, Saint Thomas helps 200-300 families with utility payments, house payments, car payments and other expenses.

If you need emergency assistance, please call the Parish Office at (616) 459-4662. You will be connected with the Direct Service voice mailbox and asked to leave a message. Within 48 hours, a Christian Service volunteer will call back to discuss your crisis, verify the need and determine the most appropriate financial response.
