Megan Alfaro

Megan Alfaro joined the Saint Thomas Parish Staff in the spring of 2024, serving as Youth Minister for our middle school and high school students.

Megan grew up not practicing any faith, but always knew there something was missing. She started attending Saint Thomas and fell in love with the beautiful community of believers. In the fall of 2022 she started the RCIA (now called OCIA) program and began to explore the Catholic Church and faith! She was baptized and received full initiation into the Catholic Church during the Easter Vigil of 2023. In the winter of 2023 she began volunteering with the Youth Ministry program and found great joy working with the youth. We are blessed by Megan’s enthusiasm and exuberance for the faith!
